Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a system capable of consolidating all AAR-510 Branch project schedules into one master file using the existing Microsoft Project 2000 scheduling available to all Project Managers and other members of the team.  The system architecture was designed using the capabilities of Microsoft Project 2000, LAN shared drive and a two-way exchange of information between the independent project schedules and the branch consolidated schedule.  The consolidated schedule was used for the generation of different level reports and charts to help upper management with their decisions.
